W3C Validation

Website designers now consider that it is good practice to be compliant with the Internet World Wide Web standards. This is usually achieved through a description in the header specifying the web standard used on each webpage. If the pages don't conform with the rules, it can lead to the website being not function or prone to page errors, the rules relate to the proper formatting of the web pages for simpler readability and to ensure elements are properly opened, used and terminated. This will include problems in the code, the design must be more organised for the code and to make sure that the IDs and classes are identified properly. Poorly coded web pages are unwelcome. Validation through W3C is done using a proper DOCTYPE declaration, which is used to highlight problems in the code. The validator identifies the errors and items that do not comply with the standards of website design. All problems should be corrected by the user.
